screen:
The all in one touch screen information checking station with
seahorse style stand usually for indoor use, but this is customized
outdoor wayfinding LCD touch screen totem, top scree is IP65
waterproof outdoor high brightness LCD player, with galvanized
steel and outdoor powder painting, can be for anti-corrossion for
more than 10years, standard brightness is 1500nits or 2000nits,
also can be higher like 2500nits or even 3000nits, with brightnesse
sensor to ajust brightness automatically accordingly to day light,
which is a very smart design, can help to save a lot of energy.
Because panel is in high brightness, the inside shell temperature
will be quite high when panel is working, a good air ventilation is
very important to protect screen, so we usually used several air
cooled fans or an AC to cool the panel inside, with patent fully
intelligent temprature control technology, need to make sure air
come from one side and go out from another side, also for some area
which has very low temperature, the solution with fans can be with
heat function as well.
Anti-theft solution is also very important to this kind of outdoor
use information checking station, as it will be light in weight for
small screen, by doing so, it can only be take out from the stand
by maintenance worker.
The stand is with outdoor powder painting as well to anti rust,
also comparing to indoor use stand, we added several screws on the
base so it can be fixed on the ground cement base.
Maintenance is easy as well, as it has lock and key on the side,
the ower just need to open the door to check the inside electricity
parts and cables, also the filter can be cleaned quite easily every
several months.
System can be Android, Windows, Linux, Ubuntu or HDMI in so user
can connect with their own media player box, also we can prepare
some power outlet inside to supply power for user's other
equipments inside the metal shell like router.
